Jamie brings over 13 years of experience working in the education non-profit sector. The majority of her career has been with Teach For America working as a Chief of Staff specializing in executive support, change management, talent acquisition and project management. Jamie worked in a turn-around environment for many years creating systems and structures and improving employee engagement, retention and culture. 

Prior to working as a Chief of Staff, Jamie spent several years planning and executing events as well as talent recruitment and improving the staff applicant experience at Teach For America. 

She earned a Master of Education in School Counseling from West Chester University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Delaware. Jamie resides in Philadelphia, PA with her husband, 3 children and rescue pup, Wilson.
